If you defeat one of the two Martel bosses at the castle using ranged attack and then take over the other castle, the first castle will also fall under your control. Thus it is possible to score 100% on the first play through.

Colette is on the right side of the map. she will be attacked by enemy monsters in few turns. If any of your minion reach the room she is in before she dies, there will be H-cg and she will become one your minion. If she is killed by enemy monster, there will be a different H-cg and she will die and gone from rest of the game.
If you reach the enemy base at the bottom right of the map without rescuing Colette first, she will be automatically killed.
