Ri Kutina is the leader of the Nagas of Niacul Ruins (ニアクール遺跡), bestowing knowledge on anyone who can pass their trials. Her monstrous strength allows her to wield two-handed weapons with ease. She specializes in healing and fire magic, but can also cast regeneration spells. Become Celica's Familiar after indebted to him.
